Abstract
V zaključnem delu smo opravili trdnostne preračune za nosilno jekleno konstrukcijo v dveh kompozicijah. Konstrukcija je obremenjena s težo na njo pritrjenega mlina za mletje farmacevtskih učinkovin. Sisteme smo določili sami, za nadaljnje preračune pa smo uporabili javno dostopni program SkyCiv. Na podlagi izračunanih rezultatov smo izbrali primerne komponente za vgradnjo v sistem tako, da smo ustregli zahtevam. Tako smo preračunali tudi povese celotne konstrukcije. Posvetili smo se tudi rotacijskemu delu konstrukcije, v katerega so vgrajeni ležaji. Izbrali smo jih tako, da zagotavljajo ustrezno izpolnjevanje funkcije. Statični deli znotraj konstrukcije so varjeni med seboj. Osredotočili smo se na en zvarni spoj, ki je najbolj obremenjen in ga preračunali s ciljem potrditve primernosti izbranih varov.

Title:Stress-Strain Analysis of the Supporting Structure for a Pharmaceutical Active Ingredient Mill
Abstract:
Strength calculations were carried out for a load-bearing steel structure in two compositions in my final theses. The structure is loaded with a weight of a pharmaceutical ingredient grinding mill that is attached to it. The systems were determined by ourselves, and for further calculations the publicly available program SkyCiv was used. Based on the calculated results, a suitable components were selected to be installed in the system, ensuring that the requirements were met. The dispositions of the entire structure were also aclculated. Attention was dedicated to the rotational part of the structure, which incorporates bearings. They were selected in such a manner to ensure proper fulfillment of their function. The static components within the structure are welded together. Our focus was put on a particular welded joint that is under the highest load in norder to determine its suitability.
