Abstract
This bachelor thesis explores the impact of different testing techniques on the overall software quality of the Lighthouse for MAX Designer project. It aims to evaluate the effectiveness of testing techniques such as unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing. By analyzing existing testing methodologies and conducting a comprehensive case study, the study assesses the efficacy of these techniques. The results obtained from the testing process are used to identify and address any uncovered issues or bugs, with the goal of improving testing practices and delivering high-quality software. The findings of this study contribute to enhancing software testing practices within the Lighthouse for MAX Designer project and benefit stakeholders involved in label design and printing processes.

Title:Vpliv tehnik testiranja na kakovost programske opreme: študija primera projekta Lighthouse for MAX
Abstract:
Diplomska naloga raziskuje vpliv različnih tehnik testiranja na splošno kakovost programske opreme projekta Lighthouse for MAX Designer. Cilj je oceniti učinkovitost tehnik testiranja, kot so testiranje enot, integracijsko testiranje, funkcionalno testiranje, regresijsko testiranje in testiranje delovanja. Z analizo obstoječih metodologij testiranja in izvedbo obsežne študije primera se oceni učinkovitost teh tehnik. Rezultati pridobljeni s postopkom testiranja se uporabijo za identifikacijo in odpravo morebitnih težav ali napak ter za izboljšanje praks testiranja in zagotavljanje visokokakovostne programske opreme. Ugotovitve te študije prispevajo k izboljšanju praks testiranja programske opreme, v okviru projekta Lighthouse for MAX Designer in koristijo uporabnikom, ki so vključeni v procese oblikovanja in tiskanja etiket.
