Abstract:
Zadnjo četrtino 15. stoletja v Ukrajini zaznamuje povečana dejavnost sekte judaistov, katere predstavniki so iz stare hebrejščine v ukrajinsko-beloruski knjižni jezik prevedli devet knjig Stare zaveze, več apokrifov in celo vrsto učènih knjig.

Keywords:TITLE:The last quarter of the 15th century in Ukraine is marked by an increase of activity among the "Judaizers" sect, whose representatives translated nine books from the Old Testament, several apocrypha, and a whole range of scholarly works from Ancient Hebrew into the Ukrainian-BeloRus'ian bookish language. Translations of sacral texts written in Czech and attempts at the Ukrainianization of the language of separate collections and "spiritual" tales (God's Passion, A Tale of Three Kings) also appeared. It is most likely that the emergence of the " Judaizers" sect is connected with the dissemination in Ukraine of the teachings of Czech Taborites, which in many instances correlates with the teachings of the Bogomils, German Lutherans, and Aryans (Socinians). Church Brotherhoods, whose main goal was the democratization of religious life and the inclusion of secular representatives in Church administration appear in Ukraine at the end of the 15th century/ In this manner, certain features of the reformation, analogous to those in western Europe, appeared in Ukrainian spiritual culture of the en dof the 15th century./KEYWORDS:Reformation, Husits, »Judaizers«, Bible, church brotherhood, translation
