Model preoblikovanja naselja na Galjevici v Ljubljani: idejna zasnova

Hiše, zgrajene v sedemdesetih in osemdesetih letih 20. stoletja so danes dotrajan stavbni fond. Poleg tega so prevelike in nefunkcionalno zasnovane za sodobni način življenja pretežno prvotnih lastnikov, ki so upokojeni, vendar želijo v njih še vedno prebivati. V takšnih hišah je pogosto tudi več gospodinjstev, ki so svojo bivalno površino razširila z obnovo hiš in gradnjo prizidkov. Podoba takšnih stavb je pogosto arhitekturno nekakovostna. Naloga se ukvarja z analizo oblikovnih, tlorisnih in programskih značilnosti enodružinskih hiš zgrajenih v sedemdesetih letih 20. stoletja na območju Galjevice v Ljubljani. Z vpeljavo arhitekturnih in urbanističnih pravil glede preureditev in dozidav posameznih hiš, se ustvari arhitekturno urejena podoba naselja in izboljša kakovost bivanja stanovalcev. Na ravni posamezne hiše oz. zemljiške parcele je predviden nabor možnih prizidanih volumnov. Izbor kombinacij volumnov omogoča oblikovno različne stavbe. S preoblikovanjem obstoječe hiše se enostanovanjska stavba lahko spremeni v večstanovanjsko, kjer so urejeni različni tipi stanovanj ter namenjeni in prilagojeni stanovalcem različnih starostnih skupin in življenjskih slogov. Stanovanjske enote dopolnjujejo enote poslovne dejavnosti in prostori, ki so namenjeni skupni uporabi vseh stanovalcev.

• Title: Model of the redesign of the settlement in Galjevica in Ljubljana: Conceptual design

Abstract

Houses built in the 1970s and 1980s are today considered to be deteriorated building stock. In addition, they are too large and their design is not functional enough to cater to the contemporary lifestyle of predominantly original owners who are retired, yet still want to continue to live in them. More than one household is normally present in such houses, where the living space has been extended by renovating the house and building an extension. From the architectural point of view, the design quality of such buildings is usually not high. This paper analyses the design, floor plan and programming characteristics of single-family houses built in the 1970s in the area of Galjevica in Ljubljana. Through the implementation of architectural and planning rules on the rearrangement and extension of individual houses, an architecturally arranged layout of a settlement may be created and the quality of living improved. For individual houses and land parcels, a set of potential extension volumes is foreseen. The selection of volume combinations ensures differently designed buildings. Through the restructuration of an existing house, a one-apartment building may turn into a multi-apartment building, with different types of apartments intended for and adjusted to residents of different age groups and lifestyles. Such residential units are complemented by commercial activity units and spaces intended for common use by all residents.
