Abstract
Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je eden izmed pomembnejših dejavnikov uspešne zdruţbe. Cilj delodajalcev je, da so njihovi zaposleni v delovnem okolju zadovoljni, saj na podlagi tega dosegajo boljše rezultate. Delodajalec mora za zadovoljstvo zaposlenih vloţiti veliko truda, pri čemer je pomembno redno opravljati raziskave o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih in na podlagi ugotovitev stremeti k nenehnim izboljšavam delovnega okolja. Delo na domu je eden izmed mnogih vidikov, ki imajo lahko pozitiven ali negativen učinek na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, zato je bilo v času porasta dela na domu med epidemijo covida-19 smiselno raziskati vpliv takšnega načina dela na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti vpliv dela na domu na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v izbranem organu javne uprave in na podlagi teh ugotovitev vodstvu podati predloge, ki bi lahko sluţili kot smernice pri oblikovanju načina dela v prihodnosti ter pripomogli k izboljšavam na področju zadovoljstva zaposlenih. V anketni raziskavi je bilo ugotovljeno, da so zaposleni v izbranem organu javne uprave mnenja, da fleksibilnost dela pozitivno vpliva na njihovo stopnjo zadovoljstva pri delu. Zelo pomemben vidik zadovoljstva je laţje usklajevanje dela in druţine, saj delo na domu večini zaposlenih omogoča več časa preţiveti s svojimi bliţnjimi. To lahko pripisujemo tudi prihranku časa zaradi odsotnosti voţnje na delo, ki ga je večina zaposlenih opredelila kot enega najbolj pozitivnih vidikov. Najslabša posledica dela na domu za zaposlene je pomanjkanje osebnega stika s sodelavci. Največjo naklonjenost so zaposleni izkazali hibridnemu načinu dela, saj si zaposleni v večini ţelijo opravljati delo na sedeţu zdruţbe z moţnostjo občasnega dela na domu.

Title:Analysis of employee satisfaction with work from home in a selected public administration body
Abstract:
Employee satisfaction is one of the most important factors of a successful company. The goal of all employers is for their employees to be satisfied in the working environment, because based on this, they achieve better results. It is important to perform regular employee satisfaction surveys and, based on the results, strive for continuous improvements of the working environment. Based on the increase in work from home, during the covid-19 epidemic, it made sense to consider the impact of this type of work on employees satisfaction. The purpose of the thesis was to determine the impact that work from home had on the satisfaction of employees in a selected public administration body, and based on these results to make preposition to the management that could serve as guidelines to improve the employee satisfaction. It was shown that the employees of the selected public administration body have an opinion that work flexibility has a positive effect on their level of job satisfaction. A very important aspect of satisfaction is easier coordination of work and family, since working at home allows most employees to spend more time with their loved ones. This can also be connected to the time savings due to the absence of commuting. The worst issue of working at home for employees is the lack of personal contact with colleagues. Employees showed the greatest preference for the hybrid work, as the majority of employees want to work at the company's headquarters with the possibility of occasional work from home.
