Odtujenost in hrepenenje v literaturi: Odtujenost kot posledica hrepenenj v romanu Vrnitev Filipa Latinovicza

Magistrska naloga preučuje korelacijo med dvema občutkoma: hrepenenjem in odtujenostjo. V prvem delu naloge smo definirali koncepta odtujenosti in hrepenenja, ki smo ju uporabili pri analizi glavnega junaka romana Vrnitev Filipa Latinovicza Miroslava Krleže. Naloga – naslanjajoč se na Seemanovo kategorizacijo odtujenosti – sistematično ugotavlja prisotnost različnih kategorij odtujenosti v romanu. V drugem delu smo iskali potencialne korelacije in vzroke občutka odtujenosti v povezavi s hrepenenjem glavnega junaka, Filipa Latinovicza.

• Title: Alienation and desire in literature: Alienation as consequence of desire in novel The Return of Philip Latinowicz by Miroslav Krleža

Abstract

The master's thesis examines the correlation between two feelings: longing (desire) and alienation. In the first stage of the thesis we define the concepts of alienation and longing (desire), which we afterwards use in the analysis of the novel The Return of Filip Latinovicz by Miroslav Krleža. The analysis - relying on Seeman's categorization of alienation - systematically searches for and establishes the presence of different categories of alienation in the main character of the novel, Filip Latinovicz. In the second stage, we are looking for potential correlations and causes for the Filip Latinovicz's feeling of alienation through the longing (desire).
