Abstract
Skozi zaključno nalogo je predstavljeno snovanje nove naprave za preverjanje višine in teže statorskih paketov. Potrebno je bilo razviti napravo, ki bo imela čim manjše gabaritne mere, omogočeno enostavno premikanje in čim hitrejši takt. Najprej smo pregledali teoretične osnove in literaturo za lažje razumevanje delovanje naprave. Po posvetu s kupcem in njegovimi željami smo opredelili dovoljeno težo in višino statorskih paketov, število redov iz štance, število izhodov iz stroja, takt naprave, vrstni red operacij, število operacij v napravi, velikost naprave, varnost naprave in prevzemne pogoje. Nato je sledila kontrola osnovnih sestavnih delov stroja in pa razdelitev stroja po njegovih postajah in pregled sestavov postaj ter njihovo delovanje. Po opravljeni sestavi je sledil zagon stroja in merilna analiza stroja. Na koncu smo predstavili še rezultate testiranja naprave in predloge za izboljšave.

Title:Development of a pneumatic machine for checking the height and weight of stator packages
Abstract:
The dissertation presents the design of a new device for controlling the height and weight of stator packs. It was necessary to develop a device that has the smallest possible dimensions, is easy to move and enables the fastest possible cycle. Firstly, the theoretical principles and literature were reviewed to better understand how the device works. After consulation with the customer and his requirements, the sufficient weight and height of the stator packs, the number of rows of d, the number of outputs of the machine, the cycle speed of the machine, the sequence of operations, the number of operations in the machine, the size of the machine, the safety of the machine and the acceptance conditions were determined. This was followed by the testing of the basic components of the machine and the division of the machine into its stations as well as the testing of the components and their function. Once assembly was complete, the machine was put into operation and the MSA of the machine was carried out. Finally, we added the results and suggestions for improvement.
