The master's thesis describes in detail the manufacturing process of cardboard packaging and presents the field of application of cardboard tubes in various industries. The experiment planning methodology is presented, which was the main tool for optimizing the process of laminating and cutting cardboard tubes. Based on the experience and knowledge of the laminating process, all the influencing factors of the process were determined and presented with an Ishikawa diagram with technical colleagues and professional management. Through the seeding process, influencing factors were extracted and divided into controlled and uncontrolled influencing factors. Technological windows were also determined by the controlled influencing factors. Within the technological windows of the individual influencing control factors, an experimental plan was drawn up and all experiments were carried out. During the execution of individual experiments, the results were simultaneously entered in a table and finally analyzed. The obtained results were evaluated and the optimization of the process was carried out based on them. Based on the optimization, a confirmation experiment is also performed at the end. We found that the experiment plan was carried out correctly and that the predicted values of the input parameters to achieve the set requirements are correct.
