Projekcija poslovanja in načrt financiranja za start-up podjetje: Primer podjetja Toquados : delo diplomskega seminarja

V diplomski nalogi sem pripravil projekcijo poslovanja in načrt financiranja za start-up podjetje Toquados. Skozi predstavitev poslovne priložnosti in načrtovanja razvoja produkta sem pripravil projekcijo poslovanja in projekcijo izkaza poslovnega izida ter projekcijo denarnih tokov. Po pregledu le-teh sem pripravil tudi predvideni plan investiranja v podjetje – zunanjega financiranja. Ugotovil sem, da je investicija v podjetje smiselna in upravičena.

• Title: Business projection and financing plan for a start-up company: The case of Toquados

Abstract

In my dissertation I prepared a business projection and a financing plan for the start-up company Toquados. Through the presentation of the business opportunity and the planning of the product development, I prepared a business projection, an income statement projection, and a cash flow projection. After reviewing these, I also prepared a projected plan for investing in the company - external financing. I have concluded that the investment in the company makes sense and is justified.
