Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je obravnavan razvoj brezdimenzijskega termičnega modela SCR katalitksega pretvornika dizelskega avtobusa, ki simulira temperaturo monolita katalitskega pretvornika in izstopno temperaturo izpušnih plinov. Na podlagi že obstoječih modelov iz literature je bil razvit fizikalni model v brezdimenzijski obliki, ki deluje dovolj hitro za simulacijo temperatur v realnem času. Model je kalibriran na podlagi meritev izvedenih na dizelskem avtobusu medkrajevnega potniškega prometa v realnem prometnem toku, kjer je bilo izvedeno merjenje izpustov onesnažil z mobilno merilno opremo za merjenje izpustov onesnažil in merjenje motorskih parametrov z beležniki podatkov stanja vozila. Model ima majhno število vstopnih parametrov in ga je možno kalibrirati na kateri koli drug katalitski pretvornik.

Title:Development and calibration of a non-dimensional thermal model of a catalytic converter of a bus
Abstract:
The final thesis presents development of a dimensionless thermal model of an SCR catalytic converter for a diesel bus, which simulates the temperature of the catalytic converter monolith and the outlet temperature of exhaust gases. Based on existing models from literature, a physical model was developed in dimensionless form that operates fast enough to simulate temperatures in real-time. The model was calibrated based on measurements carried out on a intercity diesel engine powered bus in real traffic flow, where emissions were measured with mobile emission measurement equipment and engine parameters were measured with vehicle state data loggers. The model has a small number of input parameters and can be calibrated to any other catalytic converter.
