Abstract
V diplomskem delu se obravnava krmiljenje višine vodne gladine z možnostjo oddaljenega dostopa. Sistem se uporablja tudi pri laboratorijskih vajah povezanih s krmiljenjem gladine. Naloge se izvajajo s programirljivim logičnim krmilnikom (PLK) Siemens S7-1500. Višina vodne gladine se krmili s proporcionalnim integrirnim diferencirnim algoritmom (PID). Zraven je dodan modem Siemens SCALANCE M874-3 ter zaslon Siemens HMI KTP 700. Za programiranje se uporablja programsko okolje TIA portal. Eksperiment je obravnavan pri konstantni višini vodne gladine v posodi. Spremljal se je odziv sistema pri spremembi reference, motnje ter pošiljanja in prejemanja SMS sporočil. S sistemom pošiljanja kratkih sporočil z mobilnim telefonom lahko vklapljamo ali izklapljamo črpalko. Sistem nam ob vnaprej zastavljenih mejah višine vodne gladine, pošlje alarmna sporočila, ko višina vodne gladine prekorači mejo.

Title:Implementation of a water level control system using programmable logic controller with remote access
Abstract:
The thesis deals with a water level control system with the possibility of a remote access. The system is also used in laboratory exercises related to control systems. Tasks are performed using a Siemens S7-1500 programmable logic controller (PLC). The height of the water surface is controlled by a proportional integral derivative (PID) algorithm. A Siemens SCALANCE M874-3 modem and a Siemens HMI KTP 700 screen are also added. The TIA portal software environment is used for programming. The experiment was started at a constant height of the water level in the reservoir. The response of the system to the variation of reference, disturbance and sending and receiving of SMS messages was monitored. The pump can be turned on or off using the mobile phone texting system. The system sends us alarm messages when the height of the water level exceeds the limits set in advance.
