Abstract
Magistrska naloga v vsakem od poglavij opiše eno od področij, ki so pomembna za optimalno telesno pripravljenost violinista. Od najpogosteje izvajanih tehnik in metod, ki se ukvarjajo z dotično temo, je v uvodu podprta odločitev za izbiro metode dr. Ans Samama, ki predstavlja tudi osrednji vir. V začetku jedra opišemo vloge določenih mišic ter pravilno držo telesa pri igranju violine. V nadaljevanju predstavimo pomembnost pravilnega dihanja in omenimo pogoste poškodbe violinistov ter nasvete za spopadanje z njimi. Najobsežnejše poglavje zajema vaje za moč, vaje za ravnotežje ter raztezne, ogrevalne in sprostitvene vaje s konkretnimi primeri ter skicami za lažjo predstavo. Jedro se zaključi s poglavjem o prilagoditvi posameznikovi ergonomiji.

Abstract:
The master's thesis is structured to cover various aspects crucial for a violinist's optimal physical fitness in each of its chapters. Among the frequently practiced techniques and methods related to the topic, the introduction supports the decision to choose Dr. Ans Samama's method as the central literature for this thesis. At the beginning of the core content, we delve into the roles of specific muscles and the correct posture of our body while playing the violin. Following that, we highlight the significance of proper breathing and discuss common injuries among violinists along with strategies to address them. The most extensive chapter encompasses strength exercises, balance exercises, as well as stretching, warm-up, and relaxation exercises, accompanied by concrete examples and sketches for better understanding. The core content concludes with a chapter on adapting to individual ergonomics.
