Abstract
V industriji se pogosto pojavlja potreba po izboljšavah procesov. To predstavlja eno od glavnih komponent za rast, razvoj in konkurenčnost podjetja. Diplomska naloga obravnava optimizacijo procesa poravnavanja veznih plošč. Cilj je izbrati ustrezno tehnologijo dela in zasnovati koncept, ki bo v primerjavi s sedanjim procesom omogočal hitro in natančno poravnavanje plošč. Pri tem se upoštevajo zahteve po prihrankih, kapaciteti stroja, enostavnosti izdelave, ceni, varnosti, kompaktnosti in ergonomiji. Za dosego cilja je bila uporabljena analiza kriterijev, predhodno določanje tehnologije dela in stopnje avtomatizacije ter konstruiranje stroja. Uporabljene so bile tehnologije, ki omogočajo avtomatizacijo procesa in izpolnjujejo potrebne kriterije. Izbrana tehnologija dela omogoča visok prihranek, dobro kapaciteto in relativno nizko ceno investicije. Stroj za poravnavanje veznih plošč je bil zasnovan s poudarkom na uporabi standardnih in specializiranih komponent, kar je omogočilo dosego želenih rezultatov. Stroj tako nudi učinkovito in zanesljivo poravnavanje veznih plošč ter izpolnjuje zahteve podjetja.

Title:Automation of connecting plate planishing
Abstract:
In the industry, there is often a need for process improvements. This represents one of the main components for the growth, development and competitiveness of a company. The thesis addresses the optimization of the process of connecting plate planishing. The goal is to select the appropriate work technology and design a concept that will enable fast and precise planishing of the plates compared to the current process. Requirements for cost savings, machine capacity, ease of manufacturing, price, safety, compactness, and ergonomics are taken into account. To achieve the goal, criteria analysis, pre-determination of work technology and levels of automation, and machine design were used. Technologies enabling process automation and meeting the necessary criteria were employed. The chosen work technology allows for high savings, good capacity, and relatively low investment costs. The connecting plate planishing machine was designed with an emphasis on using standard and specialized components, enabling the achievement of desired results. The entire machine enables efficient and reliable alignment of connecting plates and meets the company's requirements.
