Abstract
Ta magistrska naloga obravnava zadovoljstvo voznikov težkih tovornjakov z delovnimi pogoji v Republiki Sloveniji. Sledi poglavje o zadovoljstvu voznikov težkih tovornjakov z delovnimi pogoji v Republiki Sloveniji, kjer so predstavljeni, opisani in primerjani pridobljeni anketni rezultati.

This is followed by a chapter on the factors that influence employee satisfaction, what they are, how they are shared and finally how they are measured. This is followed by a chapter on the satisfaction of heavy truck drivers' satisfaction with working conditions in the Republic of Slovenia, where the results of the survey are presented, described and compared. This is followed by a rejection or confirmation of the hypotheses and an answer to the main research question. The hypotheses are rejected or confirmed and the main research question is answered. The final part of the paper concludes with some final thoughts, briefly summarises the research work and offers improvements and suggestions for the performance of drivers in the transport industry.
