Prostor v Jurčičevih romanih : diplomsko delo

Prostor, ki se je kot tematika razcvetel leta 2006, je pomembna točka v Jurčičevih romanih, vendar do sedaj še ni bil podrobno raziskan. Romani se med seboj razlikujejo po območjih dogajanja in prostorskih opisih, le nekaj podobnosti lahko opazimo med nekaterimi kraji, kamor glavne osebe zahajajo. Med njimi lahko izpostavimo cerkev, gostilno in kraj, kjer biva tako imenovani prijatelj oziroma podpornik glavne moške osebe v romanih. V prvi skupini romanov so bili primerjani Deseti brat, Doktor Zober, Cvet in sad. Med seboj so si podobni po tematiki, saj je pri vseh osrednji in prvi dogodek prihod tujca v vas. V drugi skupini so združeni romani z zgodovinsko tematiko, a so razlike med njimi vidne že med dogajališči in tudi časom, v katerega je pripoved umeščena. Naslednja romana, ki sta uvrščena v tretjo skupino, sta Med dvema stoloma in Lepa Vida, podobnosti teh romanov so v ljubezenskem trikotniku, antagonistu in tragičnem koncu.

• Title: Space in Jurčič's novels

Abstract

Space blossomed as a topic in 2006, and is a very important point in the novels of Jurčič. They differ from each other in the areas of action and spatial descriptions, only a few details can be observed between some of the places where the main characters move. In the first group of novels, Deseti brat, Doctor Zober, Cvet in sad were compared. They are similar in terms of the topic, as the central and first event in all of them is the arrival of a foreigner in the village. The second group includes novels with a historical theme, but the differences between them are already visible in the places of action and also in the time in which the narrative is set. In the last group of novels are Between two chairs (Med dvema stoloma) and Lepa Vida, which have similarities in love triangle, the antagonist and the tragical end.
