In the thesis, a 30-year plan for the rehabilitation of highway overpasses in co-management was developed. In the beginning, the literature review of bridge management, specifically the management of highway overpasses, was performed. Thereafter, a statistical analysis of highway overpasses comanaged with DARS d.d. and municipalities was carried out. This was utilized to ascertain the type and scope of rehabilitation works for each overpass. Subsequently, the boundary conditions for the preparation of the rehabilitation plan were defined. In the second part, the cost of carrying out the rehabilitation works for individual overpasses and co-managers was estimated. Financial scenarios were developed to assess the execution of the rehabilitation works considering the available funds and the maximum annual quantity of works performed. Finally, a 30-year plan for the rehabilitation of highway overpasses under co-management was drafted. An algorithm was used to distribute the overpasses over 30 years under the selected boundary conditions. Of the four scenarios considered, only one met all the boundary conditions chosen.
