Abstract
Miofascijalne verige so povezave mišičnega in fascijalnega tkiva, ki omogočajo gibanje in prenašanje sil med telesnimi segmenti. Temeljna ideja miofascijalnih verig je, da telesne strukture niso izolirane, ampak so medsebojno povezane in soodvisne. Namen magistrskega dela je bil na podlagi analize obstoječih miofascijalnih povezav in lastnosti fascijalnega tkiva oblikovati učinkovite metode in vaje za gibljivost. Natančno smo predstavili lastnosti fascijalnega tkiva, ki so ključne za razumevanje njegovega vpliva na mišično-skeletni sistem. Predstavili smo sisteme petih avtorjev, ki so oblikovali različne miofascijalne verige. Opisali smo različne patologije skeletnega sistema, ki imajo vzrok v neoptimalnem stanju fascijalnega tkiva, in predstavili učinkovite načine njihovega odpravljanja s pomočjo vadbe za gibljivost. S pomočjo temeljitega pregleda literature smo prilagodili že poznane vaje za razvoj gibljivosti ter izbrali najučinkovitejšo metodo za razvijanje gibljivosti in odpravljanje miofascijalnih disfunkcij. To delo naj bi bilo v pomoč kineziologom in vsem strokovnjakom na področju telesne vadbe, ki v svoje programe vključujejo vadbo za razvoj gibljivosti. Podrobna predstavitev fascijalnega tkiva omogoča nadaljnja razmišljana o vplivu ostalih vadbenih metod na fascijalno tkivo.

Title:Flexibility exercise planning based on myofascial chain analysis
Abstract:
Myofascial chains are connections of muscle and fascial tissue that enable movement and transmission of forces between body segments. The fundamental idea of myofascial chains is that body structures are not isolated, but are interconnected and interdependent. The purpose of the master's thesis was to design effective methods and exercises for mobility, based on the analysis of existing myofascial connections and the properties of fascial tissue. We presented the systems of five authors who designed different myofascial chains. We have precisely presented the properties of fascial tissue, which are essential for understanding its influence on the musculoskeletal system. With the help of a thorough review of the literature, we adapted already known exercises for the development of mobility and selected the most effective method for developing mobility and eliminating myofascial dysfunctions. We described various pathologies of the skeletal system, which have a cause in the suboptimal state of the fascial tissue, and presented effective ways of eliminating them with the help of mobility exercises. This work should be of help to kinesiologists and all experts in the field of physical exercise who include exercise for the development of mobility in their programs. A detailed presentation of the fascial tissue enables further reflection on the influence of other training methods on the fascial tissue.
