Abstract
Uvod: Namen stomatološke rehabilitacije je, da zagotovi ustrezno oskrbo stomatognatnega sistema z ozirom na estetske in funkcionalne zahteve slednjega.Diagnostična faza stomtatoprotetične oskrbe je nujna, kadar želimo da je nadomestek kvaliteten in da ustreza željam pacienta. Diagnostični prednaredek je orodje, ki nam je v pomoč pri načrtovanju nadaljnjih korakov pri oskrbi in je odlično komunikacijsko sredstvo med člani zobozdravstvenega tima ter pacientom. Diagnostičen prednaredek je nujen, kadar gre za zahtevnejše primere stomatoprotetične oskrbe. Lahko ga izdelamo na konvecionalen način ali na digitalen način, slednji je hitrejši, cenejši in vse bolj uveljavljen v sodobnem zobozdravstvu. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti diagnostični prednaredek narejen po digitalni metodi, konvecionalni metodi in predstaviti primerjavo obeh metod ter pokazati njegovo vlogo pri stomatoprotetični oskrbi. Metode dela: Metoda diplomskega dela je teoretična deskriptivna metoda, ki temelji na pregledu literature in metoda projekcije, ki temelji na izdelavi prednaredka po sodobni digitalni tehniki in konvecionalni tehniki diagnostičnega navoska. Rezultati: Rezultati prikazujejo postopek izdelave diagnostičnega prednaredka po digitalni tehniki in tehniki voščene modelacije. Opisan je laboratorijski proces, ki je vključeval izdelavo modelov, vmavčevanje v artikulator, voščeno modelacijo, digitalno zajemanje podatkov, digitalno modelacijo, testiranje ekcentričnih gibov v virtualnem artikulatorju in izdelavo provizorija oziroma prednaredka z dodajalno tehnologijo. Upoštevana so bila anatomska načela zob, funkcionalne zahteve in estetske potrebe. Diagnostični prednaredek je nujno potreben člen pri načrtovanju zahtevnejše stomatoprotetične oskrbe in omogoča boljšo komunikacijo med zobozdravnikom, zobnim protetikom in pacientom. Razprava in zaključek: V zadnjih letih je zobozdravstvo doživelo ogromen tehnološki napredek, ki ga je spodbudila potreba po estetsko vrhunskih rešitvah stomatognatnega sistema. Poleg bioloških in funkcionalnih vidikov, se vse bolj poudarja zdrav, naraven in samozavesten nasmeh. To je sprožilo razvoj novih tehnologij, ki omogočajo bolj natančno, udobno, hitro in manj invazivno oskrbo zobnih in obzobnih tkiv. V zobozdravstu je ključna jasna komunikacija med člani tima in pacienti. Diagnostični prednaredek je orodje, ki omogoča dvosmerno komunikacijo, usklajevanje estetskih želja pacienta ter fizioloških zahtev restorativne oskrbe. Digitalne tehnologije, kot so na primer uporaba optičnih bralnikov, CAD/CAM sistemov omogočajo hitrejše in učinkovitejše rezultate pri načrtovanju in izdelavi zobnih nadomestkov. Digitalni pristop pri diagnostičnem prednaredku je hitrejši in omogoča večjo ponovljivost. Diagnostični prednaredek je nepogrešljiv del kompleksne stomatoproteične oskrbe, saj omogoča natančno komunikacijo, načrtovanje in doseganje optimalnih rezultatov.

Title:Mock-up fabricated with CAD/CAM technology : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: The purpose of dental rehabilitation is to ensure that the sthomatognathic system is properly taken care of, considering its aesthetic and functional requirements. The diagnostic phase of stomatoprosthetic care is essential when we want the restoration to be of good quality and to meet the patient's wishes. The diagnostic mock-up is a tool that helps us plan the next steps in the treatment and is an excellent instrument of communication between the members of the dental team and the patient. The diagnostic mock-up is essential when dealing with more complex cases of dental care. It can be produced either in a conventional way or digitally, the latter being faster, cheaper and more established in modern dentistry. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to present a diagnostic mock-up made by the digital method, the conventional method and a comparison between the two methods and its role in dental prosthetic care. Methods: The method of the thesis is a theoretical descriptive method based on a review of the literature and a projection method based on the production of a mock-up using a modern digital technique and a conventional technique. Results: Results show the process of creating a diagnostic mock-up using digital method and wax-up technique. The laboratory process is described, which also included making of the models, wax-up, scanning, digital modelling and creating mock-ups using additive technology. The anatomical principles of the teeth, functional requirements and aesthetic needs were taken into account. Mock-up is an essential component in the planning of complex dental prosthetic care and allows better communication between the dentist, laboratory dental technician and the patient. Discussion and conclusion: In recent years, dentistry has undergone enormous technological advances, driven by the need for aesthetically superior solutions for the stomatognathic system. In addition to the biological and functional aspects, a healthy, natural and confident smile is increasingly being emphasised. This has triggered the development of new technologies that allow more precise, comfortable, rapid and less invasive care of the dental and periodontal tissues. In dentistry, clear communication between team members and patients is the key. The diagnostic mock-up is a tool that allows two-way communication, matching the aesthetic wishes of the patient with the physiological requirements of restorative care. Digital technologies such as e.g. the use of scanners, CAD/CAM systems allow for faster and more efficient results in the design and fabrication of restorations. The digital approach to diagnostic mock-up is faster and allows far greater reproducibility. Diagnostic mock-up is an essential part of complex dental care, enabling accurate communication, planning and achieving optimal results.
