Abstract
Zaposleni predstavljajo ključni del vsake organizacije, zato je razumevanje njihovega zadovoljstva in motivacije ključno za uspeh in učinkovitost, kar je osrednja tema tega diplomskega dela, ki se osredotoča na analizo zadovoljstva zaposlenih na Centru za socialno delo Ljubljana. V ta namen smo se odločili izvesti raziskavo, katere cilj je bil preučiti zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu in raziskati dejavnike, ki najbolj vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo na samem začetku podrobno opisali samo organizacijo, nato bomo opisali koncept zadovoljstva in predstavili samo vlogo in pomen zadovoljstva zaposlenih, identificirali ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, ter proučili motivacijske teorije. V empiričnem delu bomo predstavili in analizirali rezultate, ki smo jih pridobili na podlagi anketne raziskave. Preverili bomo tudi postavljene hipoteze in podali smernice za morebitne izboljšave. Raziskava je pokazala, da so zaposleni v že omenjeni organizaciji v grobem zadovoljni z delom. Med najbolje ocenjene dejavnike zadovoljstva so zaposleni uvrstili odnose z vodstvom, najmanj pa so zaposleni zadovoljni s plačo.

Title:Analysis of employee staistfaction at CSD Ljubljana
Abstract:
Employees represent a key component of any organization, making understanding their satisfaction and motivation crucial for success and efficiency. This is the central theme of this thesis, focusing on the analysis of employee satisfaction at the Social Work Center Ljubljana. To achieve this goal, I decided to conduct a study aimed at examining employee satisfaction in the workplace and exploring the factors that most influence employee satisfaction. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I will begin by providing a detailed description of the organization. Subsequently, I will describe the concept of satisfaction, present the role and significance of employee satisfaction, identify key factors influencing employee satisfaction, and study motivational theories. In the empirical part, I will present and analyze the results obtained from a survey. I will also validate the formulated hypotheses and provide guidelines for potential improvements. The research indicated that employees in the aforementioned organization are generally satisfied with their work. Among the factors contributing to satisfaction, employees rated their relationships with the leadership the highest, while they were least satisfied with their salaries.
