Abstract
Načrtovanje in razvoj sistema vsebuje zajem uporabniških zahtev, pripravo žičnih okvirov uporabniškega vmesnika in izbiro WYSIWYG urejevalnika besedila.

Title:Renovation of the company's custom CMS system
Abstract:
The master's thesis consists of two main parts. The first part addresses the design and development of a new custom CMS system for Arctur company, while the second part focuses on a comparative usability testing of two CMS systems: the older ADS system and the newer ACM system. The primary objective of the testing was centered on the new ACM system, intended to replace the outdated ADS system. The system's design and development encompassed the capture of user requirements, the preparation of wireframes for the user interface, and the selection of a WYSIWYG text editor. The description of the comparative usability testing encompasses test planning, the selection of standard questionnaires, task preparation for participants, the establishment of a framework for semi-structured interviews, system testing with participants, data aggregation and processing, as well as result interpretation. User testing was conducted as usability testing. Thirty test participants were involved in the system testing. Due to the relatively small number of users, testing was performed using a within-subject method. Through the analysis of results, deficiencies in the ACM system's user interface were identified and subsequently communicated to the development team for improvements. The testing results confirm the pivotal role of usability testing in software development. The perspective of users who lack technical knowledge of the system's intricacies allows the detection of interaction issues, thus contributing to the enhancement of the user experience based on their feedback.
