Vloga geodezije pri pripravi projektne dokumentacije : diplomska naloga št.: 144/TUN

Geodezija je veda, ki se v veliki meri povezuje z gradbeništvom. Tako je geodezija vključena pri sami pripravi projektne dokumentacije, saj zagotavlja natančnost, zanesljivost in uspešnost izvajanja gradbenih projektov. Geodetske storitve so v gradbeništvu predpisane z zakonskimi in strokovnimi okvirji, ki urejajo in določajo izdelavo, uporabo, vsebino in ostale potrebne postopke za pripravo obvezne dokumentacije. Ker so geodetska dela prisotna pred, med in po gradnji objektov, se to diplomsko delo osredotoča na analizo vloge geodezije v procesu priprave projektne dokumentacije in s tem poudarja njen vpliv na kakovost izvedbe in končnega rezultata gradbenega projekta. Naloga se osredotoča na potek in vrsto gradbene dokumentacije v času izvedbe projekta in vključi potrebne geodetske podlage, ki jih mora določena dokumentacija vsebovati. Prikazuje tudi pomen geodetskega načrta pri pripravi dokumentacije in predstavi primere iz prakse. Primeri se navezujejo na projekt izgradnje novega Biotehnološkega stičišča Nacionalnega inštituta za biologijo (BTS NIB), za katerega je bilo odgovorno podjetje Kolektor Koling d. o. o.

Abstract

Geodesy is a science largely related to civil engineering. Thus, geodesy is involved in the creation of project documentation itself, as it ensures the accuracy, reliability, and success of construction projects. Surveying services in construction are limited by legal and professional frameworks that regulate and determine the creation, use, content, and other necessary features for the preparation of prescribed documentation, since geodetic work occurs before, during, and after the construction of buildings, this thesis focusses on the analysis of the role of geodesy in the preparation of project documentation, highlighting its influence on the quality of the project and includes the necessary geodetic bases that certain documentation must contain. It also demonstrates the importance of the geodetic plan in the preparation of documentation and presents real-world examples. The examples refer to the project of the construction of the new Biotechnology Center of the National Institute of Biology (BTS NIB), for which the company Kolektor Koling d. o. o. was responsible.
