Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo želeli ugotoviti, ali lahko pridelamo trsne cepljenke s siljenjem v vodi, namesto v žagovini ter ali je smiselna uporaba pripravkov za koreninjenje (Korex, indolmaslena kislina, Germon L, Rhizopon II) v trsničarski pridelavi. V letu 2022 smo izvedli enoletni poskus s siljenjem cepljenk s sorto ‘Laški rizling’, ki smo jo cepili na podlago ‘SO4’, v vodi. V drugem delu poskusa, kjer smo tretirali cepljenke z različnimi hormonskimi pripravki, smo koristili cepljenke s sorto ‘Merlot’ cepljeno na podlago ‘Kober 5BB’. V obeh poskusih smo poleg poskusnih obravnavanj v pridelavi cepljenk izvedli vse preostale ključne ukrepe pridelave trsnih cepljenk. V rastni dobi 2022 smo v vzgajališču trsnih cepljenk opravili vsa poletna dela in jeseni cepljenke izkopali, klasirali, pakirali in uskladiščili. Rezultati poskusa kažejo, da smo s siljenjem cepljenk v vodi pridelali samo 53 % prvokakovostnih cepljenk, kar je bistveno manj od klasičnega siljenka v žagovini, kjer je bil izplen prvokakovostnih cepljenk 74 %. Pri tretiranju cepljenk z različnimi hormonskimi preparati je bila v treh primerih od štirih uporaba hormonskega preparata smiselna. Največji izplen 71 % prvokakovostnih cepljenk smo dobili pri uporabi pripravka Germon L. Sledita Korex in indolmaslena kislina s 61 % izplenom. Z uporabo pripravka Rhizopona II pa smo imeli samo 11 % izplen. Na podlagi naših rezultatov svetujemo, da bi bilo za dober uspeh pri pridelavi trsnih cepljenk smiselno, da poleg natančnega opravljanja vseh faz pridelave, cepljenke silimo v žagovini in jih pred sajenjem v trsnico tretiramo s koreninskim hormonskim pripravkom Germon L.

Title:The comparison of different technologies for production of grapevine grafts (Vitis sp.)
Abstract:
In the thesis we tried to find out if it is possible to propagate grapevine grafts in water instead of sawdust and if the use of hormone preparations (Korex, indole-butyric acid, Germon L, Rhizopon II) is a good option for the production of grapevine grafts. Therefore, in 2022, we conducted a one-year trial for grafting vines with the cultivar ‘Welschriesling’ on the rootstock ‘SO4’. For the second part of the trial, in which we treated grapevine grafts with different hormone preparations, we used the cultivar ‘Merlot’ grafted on the rootstock ‘Kober 5BB’. During the two trials, all the steps of the grapevine grafts production were carried out. During the 2022 growing season, we carried out the summer work in the nursery, and in the fall the grapevine grafts were dug, classified, packed and stored. The results of the experiment show that only 53 % of first quality grafts were produced by calussing in water, which is significantly less than classical calussing in sawdust, where the yield of first quality grapevine grafts was 74 %. When the grapevine grafts were treated with different hormonal preparations, the hormonal preparation proved useful in three out of four cases. The best yield of first quality grafts was obtained with the hormone preparation Germon L (71 %). This is followed by Korex and indole-butyric acid (61 % yield of first quality grafts). With the preparation Rhizopon II we had only 11 % of first quality grapevine grafts. Based on our results, we advise that for a good success in the production of grapevine grafts, it would be useful to carefully carry out all stages of production, as well as to propagate the grafts in sawdust and treat them with the hormone preparation Germon L before planting.
