Abstract
Zavzetost pri delu vpliva na posameznikovo učinkovitost opravljanja dela, osebnostno rast, strokovni razvoj, zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu in druge konstrukte, povezane z delom. Namen diplomskega dela je bil s pomočjo analize podatkov ponuditi vpogled v zavzetost učiteljev, kar bo učiteljem in njihovim nadrejenim pomagalo pri nadaljnjem načrtovanju delovnega procesa ter strokovnega in osebnostnega razvoja. Zavzetost pri delu učiteljev je bila izmerjena s pomočjo strukturiranega vprašalnika. Uporabljen je bil vprašalnik Učiteljeva delovna zavzetost (angl. Engaged teachers scale – ETS; Klassen, Yerdelen in Durksen, 2013). Pridobljeni so bili tudi demografski podatki o udeležencu (spol, starost, strokovni naziv). V raziskavi so sodelovali učitelji štirih osnovnih šol v Sloveniji. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 74 učiteljev. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so učitelji visoko zavzeti pri svojem delu. V raziskavi je bilo ugotovljeno, da značilnih razlik med spoloma na področju zavzetosti pri delu ni, razen na področju socialne zavzetosti do učencev (višjo raven zavzetosti izkazujejo učiteljice). Rezultati so pokazali, da je starost učitelja pozitivno povezana z njegovo zavzetostjo pri delu, a povezava ni statistično značilna. Strokovni naziv učitelja je statistično značilno pozitivno povezan z njegovo zavzetostjo pri delu. Diplomsko delo predstavlja eno izmed redkih raziskav zavzetosti učiteljev v Sloveniji. Analiza podatkov je lahko v pomoč pri nadaljnjem raziskovanju na tem področju. Predlogi za izboljšavo zavzetosti pri delu lahko služijo učiteljem in ravnateljem kot podlaga za izboljšanje trenutne zavzetosti učiteljev v osnovnih šolah.

Title:Analysis of the teachers´ engagement at work in elementary school
Abstract:
Engagement at work affects an individual's work efficiency, personal growth, professional development, job satisfaction and other work-related constructs. The purpose of the diploma thesis was, with the help of data analysis, to offer an insight into the engagement of teachers, which will help teachers and their supervisors in further planning of the work process and professional and personal development. Teachers' work engagement was measured using The Engaged teachers scale (ETS; Klassen, Yerdelen and Durksen, 2013). Demographic data on the participant (gender, age, professional title) were also obtained. Teachers from four primary schools in Slovenia participated in the research. 74 teachers were included in the research. The results of the research showed that teachers are highly engaged in their work. The research found that there are no significant differences between the sexes in the field of commitment to work, except in the field of social commitment to students (female teachers show a higher level of commitment). The results showed that the teacher's age is positively related to his commitment to work, but the connection is not statistically significant. The teacher's professional title is statistically significantly positively related to his commitment to work. The diploma work represents one of the few studies of the commitment of teachers in Slovenia. Data analysis can be helpful for further research in this area. Suggestions for improving work engagement can serve teachers and principals as a basis for improving the current engagement of teachers in primary schools.
