Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen zaledni sistem spletne aplikacije, sestavljen iz več mikrostoritev, ki omogoča zbiranje in pregled različnih podatkov o obiskanosti slovenskih gora. Aplikacija je namenjena uporabnikom kot orodje pri načrtovanju gorskih pohodov. Predstavljeni so vsi zajeti viri podatkov in rešitve, kako se iz vsakega vira podatki pridobivajo in shranjujejo v obliko, ki omogoča enostavnejše in čim bolj enotno izbiranje preko vhodnih parametrov in čim bolj enotno predstavitev izhodnih rezultatov. Opisana so razna orodja in tehnike, ki omogočajo zanesljivo delovanje aplikacije. Rezultat diplomskega dela je uspešno izdelan zaledni sistem aplikacije, ki ponuja točne rezultate s sprejemljivimi odzivnimi časi.

Title:
Backend web services for combining and selecting data on visits to the Slovenian mountains
Abstract:
This thesis presents the backend system of a web application consisting of multiple microservices that provide collection and overview of various data on visits to the Slovenian mountains. The application is intended for users as a tool for planning mountain hikes. All used data sources and solutions for retrieving and storing data are presented in a manner that enables an easy and uniform selection of input parameters and the resulting outputs. Various tools and techniques are described that enable reliable operation of the application. The result of the thesis is a successfully developed backend application system that offers accurate results with acceptable response times.
