Vloga multimodalnega vozlišča za bolj trajnostno povezljivost mesta

V tem diplomskem delu obravnavam pomen in zasnovo multimodalnih prometnih vozlišč ter njihov vpliv na povezovanje mesta. Glavni cilj mojega projekta je, da z vzpostavitvijo multimodalnega središča na degradirani lokaciji čim bolj trajnostno povežem mesto, spodbudim ljudi k uporabi javnega prevoza namesto osebnega in oživim celotno degradirano lokacijo. Prvi korak je bil analizirati ne le določeno območje, temveč celoten del mesta. Več pozornosti sem namenil analizi prometne infrastrukture, saj sem moral ugotoviti, kje je logično postaviti multimodalno vozlišče, na kakšen način in katere transportne rešitve tam manjkajo. Nato sem se osredotočil na oblikovanje samega projekta in želel ugotoviti najboljši način, kako ga narediti za središče zbiranja in prevoza. Na koncu sem izdelal vizualizacije, ki bodo omogočile vpogled v projekt. Ta diplomska naloga bo pojasnila in pokazala, kaj bi moralo imeti tipično multimodalno vozlišče in kako ga izvesti glede na lokacijo in njene zahteve.

• Title: The role of a multimodal transportation hub for more sustainable city connectivity

Abstract

In this thesis I will talk about the importance and the design of multimodal transportation hubs and there influence in connecting the city. The main goal in my project is by making multimodal center on a degraded location to connect the city as sustainable as possible, to encourage people to use public transport more then there private cars and to revive the whole degradated location. First step was to analyse not just the given area but the whole part of city. I focused more on the transportation infrastructure analysis because I needed to determined where is the logical place to put the multimodal hub , in what way and what transportational things are missing there. After that, I focused on the design of the project tself and I wanted to find the best way to make it a focus point of gathering and transportation. At the end, I made the visualisations that will give a glance of the project. This thesis will explain and show what tipical multimodal hub should posses and how to implement it based on the location and its’ requests.
