Abstract
V poskusu smo posejali koruzo, mesečno redkvico in grah. Vsaka rastlinska vrsta je imela štiri ponovitve z istim substratom. Pladnje s posodicami smo kalili v kalilni komori in jih po vzniku prenesli v steklenjak Centra za proučevanje rasti in razvoja kmetijskih rastlin Oddelka za agronomijo Biotehniške fakultete v Ljubljani. Med rastjo smo kalice opazovali in spremljali njihov razvoj. Ohranjali smo optimalno vlago substrata. Po 7 dneh od zasnove poskusa (mesečna redkvica), 8 dneh (koruza) in 13 dneh v drugem delu poskusa (grah) smo pridelek poželi in opravili meritve nitrata v odcedni vodi, višine kalic, vsebnosti klorofila s SPAD metrom, stehtali smo svežo maso, izmerili nitrat v rastlinah, kalice posušili v sušilni komori.

Title:The possibility of using the cellulose substrate obtained from the production of paper for producing sprouts
Abstract:
We studied the influence of different amounts of biosludge as an additive in the growing media for sprout cultivation. We used five different growth substrates, consisting of biosludge and commercial substrate Humin substrat N3: 100 % biosludge, 75 % biosludge, 50 % biosludge, 25 % biosludge and 0 % biosludge. In the experiment we sowed corn, radish and peas. Each of the plant species had four replicates with the same substrate. The trays with the containers were germinated in the germination chamber, then we took them to the greenhouse of the Centre for the Study of Growth and Development of Agricultural Plants of the Department of agronomy at the Biotechnical faculty. We observed the shoots during growth and recorded changes. We maintained optimal substrate moisture. After 7 days (monthly radish), 8 days (maize), and 13 days in the second half of the experiment (corn) we harvested the crop and measured nitrate in the leached water, sprout height, chlorophyll content with SPAD meter, we weighed the fresh weight, measured nitrate in the plants, dried the microgreens in a drying chamber. We recorded over-rooting of the substrates. Based on the measurements, we found that the best substrate for growing shoots is 100 % biosludge, according to the results of measurements with SPAD meter for chlorophyll content, rooting and dry matter content, and in terms of growth height and yield, Humin substrat N3 with 0% biosludge is the best. In the course of the study, positive and negative properties of different proportions of biosludge in the substrate were found.
