Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo primerjali računsko in zmerjeno anizotropijo zlitine EN AW-5754, valjane pod enakima tehnologijama. Valjanemu materialu smo primerjali mikrostrukturo in mehanske lastnosti. Cilj je bil doseči validacijo načrtovanja anizotropije industrijskega valjanja s pomočjo laboratorijskega postopka z vzporedbo lastnosti raztezka, natezne trdnosti, napetosti tečenja in ušesenja. Slednje smo določili tako na podlagi meritev izvlečenih lončkov kot tudi nateznega preizkusa materiala v treh smereh. Eksperimentalni del je potekal v dveh delih. Laboratorijskega smo izvajali na Inštitutu za kovinske materiale in tehnologije, industrijskega pa v podjetju Impol FT. Valjali smo 20 različnih vzorcev, pri katerih smo pri vsakem prehodu odstranili po 2 za analizo mikrozrnatosti in mehanskih lastnosti. Ostalih 18 smo valjali do naslednje debeline in prav tako odvzeli naslednja 2 vzorca. Ta postopek smo ponavljali, dokler nismo prišli na končno debelino, kjer sta nam ostala 2 vzorca za potrebne analize. Večjih vidnih odstopanj pri laboratorijskem in industrijskem valjanju ni prišlo. Zrnatost odstopa zgolj za 1 ASTM razred. Primerjane jedkane mikrostrukture pod polarizirano svetlobo so odstopale zgolj v manjših detajlih. Na koncu eksperimentalnega dela smo izvedli še primerjavo računskega in izmerjenega ušesenja, ki se ujema do ključne debeline 1,7 mm v trdnem kot tudi odžarjenem stanju.

Title:Effect of strain on the anisotropy of aluminium alloy EN AW-5754 sheet : diploma work
Abstract:
In the thesis we compared the calculated and measured anisotropy of EN AW-5754 alloy rolled under the same two technologies. The primary focus was on assessing the microstructural characteristics and mechanical properties of the rolled materials. The overarching objective was to verify the suitability and efficacy of industrial rolling designs through a parallel laboratory procedure. This validation encompassed key properties such as elongation, tensile strength, yield strength and anisotropy. The last was determinate with the earing measurements on the extracted cups, as well with the calculation from elongation in three directions according to the rolling direction. To achieve this goal, we employed a comprehensive experimental approach that unfolded in two distinct phases. The initial phase took place at the Institute of Metals and Technology and Technologies (IMT), while the subsequent phase was executed at Impol FT. Across these stages, we meticulously rolled and examined a total of 20 diverse samples. At each rolling pass, two samples were extracted to facilitate an in-depth analysis of micro-grain size and mechanical attributes. No significant visible deviations occurred in laboratory and industrial rolling. The grain size deviated by only 1 ASTM grade. The compared etched microstructures under polarized light differed only in minor details. At the end of the experimental work, we also conducted a comparison of calculated and measured earing, which aligns up to a critical thickness of 1.7 mm in both the solid and annealed states.
