Oddih v osrčju narave: Idejna zasnova počitniške vasice v Vinici

Magistrsko delo obravnava gradnjo turistične vasice v kraju Vinica, ki se nahaja v Beli krajini. Vinica in Bela krajina predstavljata velik turistični potencial, ki je trenutno slabo izkoriščen z mnogimi pomanjkljivostmi. V začetnem delu raziskujem turizem in analiziram kvalitete Bele krajine, s katerimi sem odkril potencialni kraj in lokacijo. Turizem v Beli krajini in Vinici se trenutno sooča s kratko turistično sezono, slabo obiskanostjo tujih gostov, z malo nočitvenih kapacitet ter nepovezanostjo turističnih ponudnikov. Izbrana lokacija se nahaja v vasi Golek pri Vinici, ki ima neokrnjene poglede in gostu omogoča stik z naravo ter razne aktivnosti. S programom poskušam podaljšati turistično sezono na celo leto, povezati lokalno prebivalstvo z gosti, jim omogočiti oddajo dodatnih nočitvenih kapacitet, spodbuditi pridelavo domače hrane ter povezati obstoječe turistične ponudnike z vasico, v kateri bi lahko njihovi gostje imeli dodatne aktivnosti. Zasnova arhitekture temelji na sodobnosti, trajnosti in gostom omogoča nadstandardno bivanje

• Title: Vacation in the heart of nature: Design concept of holiday village in Vinica

Abstract

The master's thesis deals with building new tourist village in Vinica, which is located in the Bela krajina. Vinica and Bela krajina represent a great touristic potential, which is currently poorly utilized with many shortcomings. In the initial part, I research tourism and analyze the qualities of Bela krajina, with which I discovered a potential place and location for my project. Tourism in Bela krajina and Vinica is currently facing a short tourist season, lack of foreign visitors, few overnight capacities and lack of connection between tourism providers. The chosen site is located in the village of Golek pri Vinici, which has organic views, guests can get in touch with nature and engage in various activities. With the program, I am trying to extend the tourist season throughout the whole year, connect the local population with the guest, enable them to rent additional overnight capacities, encourage the production of local food and connect existing tourist providers with a village where their guests could have additional activities. The design of the buildings is based on contemporary and sustainable architecture. It provides the guest with an above-standard stay.
