Abstract
Hitri razvoj tehnologije 3D tiska ter modelov, izdelanih s to tehnologijo, je spodbudil željo po raziskavi na tem področju. Predmet te raziskave so bili preprosti modeli nosilcev z različnimi oblikami prečnih prerezov. Modele nosilcev smo razdelili v 3 skupine: pravokotni nosilci, nosilci tipa I ter nosilci tipa I z zaobljenimi notranjimi robovi na stiku med stojino in pasnico. Pravokotni nosilci so imeli konstantno višino 15 mm, medtem ko sta bila druga dva tipa razdeljena v podskupini, in sicer ena podskupina je prestavljala nosilce z višinami 22 mm, druga pa z višinami 26 mm. Skupno število modelov je bilo 59, vključno z enim dodatnim nosilcem, ki je bil poškodovan med postopkom tiskanja. Mehanske lastnosti, ki smo jih raziskali med to preiskavo, so bile upogibna trdnost ter elastični modul. Za raziskavo omenjenih lastnosti smo izvedli tritočkovni upogibni preizkus. Druga razlika, ki se je izkazala za zelo pomembno glede mehanskih lastnosti nosilcev, je bila vzorec polnjenja kot tudi gostota polnjenja. Za analizo dobljenih rezultatov smo uporabili statistično metodo analize variance. V primerih, kjer smo ugotovili statistično značilen vpliv različnih skupin na obravnavano spremenljivko, smo uporabili dodatno statistično metodo oz. Bonferrjonijev test s katero smo ugotovili, katere skupine so med seboj statistično značilno različne.

Title:Mechanical properties of 3D printed parts elements with different cross – sections : graduation thesis no.: 453/B-GR
Abstract:
The rapid development of 3D printing technology and the models created using this technology has encouraged the desire for research in this field. The subject in this research was simple beam models with different cross – sectional shapes. The beam models were divided into 3 groups: rectangular beams, type I beams, and type I beams with rounded inner edges at the junction of the flange and web. The rectangular beams had a constant height of 15 mm, while the other two types were divided into subgroups. One subgroup represents beams with heights of 22 mm and the other with heights of 26 mm. The total number of models was 59, including one additional carrier which was damaged during the printing process. The mechanical properties examined during this study were the flexural strength and the elastic modulus. A three – point bending test was performed to study these properties. Another difference that proved to be very important regarding the mechanical properties of the beams was the infill pattern as well as the infill density. To analyze the obtained results, a statistical method called analysis of variance was used. In cases where a statistically significant impact of different groups on the variable under consideration was found, an additional statistical method, the Bonferroni test, was applied to determine which groups were statistically significantly different from each other.
