Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena tehnika linearnega planiranja in programsko orodje TILOS. Predstavljeni so koraki izdelave terminskega plana v programskem orodju TILOS na podlagi dejanskega primera. Obravnavani del trase je dolg 3500 m, celotna trasa kolesarske poti pa 9500 m. S pomočjo plana, izdelanega v Excelu, sem izdelal terminski plan v TILOS-u. Plan, izdelan v Excelu in plan, izdelan v TILOS-u, sem na koncu tudi primerjal med seboj. Izvedel sem še dve spremljavi plana in predstavil, kako so ugotovljena odstopanja vplivala na izvedbo projekta.

Title:The plan for the construction of a bicylcle path on the route from Velenje to Huda Luknja : graduation thesis no.:455/B-GR
Abstract:
Thesis presents the technique of linear planning and the software tool TILOS. It outlines the steps for creating a schedule, using the TILOS software, based on a real-world example. The specific section of the route under consideration is 3,500 meters long, while the entire bicycle path spans 9,500 meters. Utilizing a schedule created in Excel as a reference, I created a schedule in TILOS. At conclusion of the study, I compared the Excel-generated schedule with the TILOS-generated schedule. I performed two schedule tracking and explained how the identified deviations impacted the project's execution.
