Predlog prostorske ureditve naselja Krašči v Občini Cankova : diplomska naloga št.: 141/TUN

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen koncept prostorske preureditve naselja Krašči. V teoretičnem segmentu so najprej opisane značilnosti podeželja in podeželskih naselij ter opredeljeni cilji in vizija za prihodnji razvoj naselja. Poudarjena je pomembna vloga veljavnih zakonov in uredb na področju urejanja prostora, še posebej podeželskih območij in naselij. V praktičnem delu naloge je izdelan predlog ureditve naselja Krašči v občini Cankova. V ta namen je bila najprej izdelana predstavitev Občine Cankova in izdelane prostorske analize za naselje Krašči. Sintezne ugotovitve so predstavljene v analizi, ki je služila kot temelj za oblikovanje prostorsko razvojnih ciljev, vizije in predloga prostorske ureditve naselja Krašči.

Abstract

The concept of the spatial reorganization of the Krašči settlement is presented in the diploma thesis. In the theoretical segment are described, the characteristics of the countryside and rural settlements, as well as the goals and vision for the future development of the settlement. The important role of valid laws and regulations in the field of spatial planning, especially in rural areas and settlements, is emphasized. In the practical part of the assignment, a proposal for the arrangement of the Krašči settlement in the municipality of Cankova is drawn up. For this purpose, a presentation of the Municipality of Cankova and a spatial analysis for the settlement of Krašči first prepared. The synthesis findings are presented in the analysis, which served as the basis for the creation of spatial development goals, a vision and a proposal for the spatial arrangement of the Krašči settlement.
