Rešitve za boljšo uporabniško izkušnjo deskarja

Tema diplomske naloge izhaja primarno iz lastnih izkušenj. Tudi sama se ukvarjam z deskanjem na valovih in bi s športom zelo rada nadaljevala tudi na svoji nadaljnji življenjski poti. Po pogovorih s prijatelji in po lastnih izkušnjah sem ugotovila, da so med samo uporabniško potjo prisotni primankljaji, za katere sem imela cilj, da jih izboljšam, ali pa ponudim produkt, ki jih bo nadomestil. Med procesom pisanja diplomske naloge sem se podala globlje v raziskavo deskarjeve uporabniške poti vse od procesa kupovanja deske in potrebne opreme do transporta z avtom ali letalom in na koncu do samega deskanja na valovih. S pomočjo raziskave sem izbrala eno pomanjkljivost, v kateri sem našla možnost za izboljšavo s primernim produktom.

• Title: Solutions for a better surfer user experience

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is primarily based on my own experience. I am also a wave surfer myself and I would very much like to continue with the sport in the future. After conversations with friends and my own experiences, I realised that there were shortcomings present during the user journey itself, which I aimed to improve or offer a product to compensate for. During the process of writing my thesis, I delved deeper into the research of the surfer's user journey, starting with the process of buying the board and the necessary equipment to the transportation by car or plane and finally to the actual surfing itself. Through my research I picked out one weakness where I found room for improvement with a suitable product.
