Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo naredili terensko kinematično izmero GNSS izbrane gozdne poti, da bi ugotovili, v katerih delih poti je mogoče kakovostno določiti položaj z GNSS v različnih vegetacijskih obdobjih gozda. Primerjali smo različne vegetacijske pogoje in razlike med kakovostjo pridobljenih opazovanj z geodetskimi in nizkocenovnimi sprejemniki GNSS na poti na Sv. Ano. Namen naloge je bil ugotoviti, kako vegetacija vpliva na kakovost določitve trajektorije gibanja. Z obdelavo meritev smo ugotovili, da smo boljše rezultate kot z geodetskim sprejemnikom Javad Triumph-LSA dobili z nizkocenovnim sprejemnikom u-blox ZED-F9P. S slednjim je bilo lažje razločiti trajektorijo poteka gibanja v gozdu in izven njega. V prihodnje bi nalogo lahko na nadgradili z raziskavo uporabnosti drugih nizkocenovnih naprav pri določanju trajektorije gibanja v oteženih razmerah. Na ta način bi lahko opredelili kakovost podatkov poti, kar bi bilo izhodišče za bolj kakovostne baze podatkov planinskih poti.

Title:Determining the route of a forest path with the help of GNSS in different periods of vegetation : Graduation thesis no.: 223/GIG
Abstract:
In this work, we conducted a GNSS kinematic field survey of a selected forest trail to determine which parts of the trail can be qualitatively positioned with GNSS during different forest growing seasons. We compared different vegetation conditions and the differences in the quality of observations obtained with geodetic and low-cost GNSS receivers. The objective of the task was to determine how vegetation affects the quality of trajectory determination. When processing the observations, we found that better results were obtained with the low-cost ZED-F9P receiver from u-blox than with the Javad Triumph-LSA geodetic receiver. The latter was better able to distinguish between trajectories inside and outside the forest. Future work could improve this work by investigating the usefulness of other low-cost GNSS devices in determining trajectories under difficult conditions. In this way, the quality of the trail data could be determined, which would be the starting point for a higher quality database of mountain trails.
