In today’s world, customer relationship management is crucial for the success of real estate companies, and applications designed for this purpose can
make a significant contribution. This thesis presents the development and
implementation of a web portal for a real estate company integrated with
a CRM system. The process began with planning, followed by technology
selection, and then implementation. The end result of these efforts is an
application that allows portal users to access documents, invoices, and contracts, which simplifies the business for the real estate company and provides
customers with a better overview of properties, thereby increasing their satisfaction. Testing results indicate improved efficiency and reliability of the
system compared to traditional approaches.
