Abstract
V današnjem svetu je upravljanje odnosov s strankami ključno za uspeh nepremičninskih podjetij, pri tem pa lahko pomembno pomagajo za to namenjene aplikacije. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen razvoj in implementacija spletnega portala za nepremičninsko podjetje, ki je integriran s CRM-jem. Proces se je začel z načrtovanjem, sledila je izbira tehnologij, nato pa implementacija. Končni izdelek teh prizadevanj je aplikacija, ki uporabnikom portala podpira dostop do dokumentov, računov in pogodb, kar poenostavi poslovanje za nepremičninsko podjetje in strankam omogoča boljši pregled nad nepremičninami ter poveča njihovo zadovoljstvo. Rezultati testiranja kažejo na izboljšano učinkovitost in zanesljivost sistema v primerjavi s tradicionalnimi pristopi.

Title:Development and implementation of a web portal integrated with CRM for a real estate company
Abstract:
In today’s world, customer relationship management is crucial for the success of real estate companies, and applications designed for this purpose can make a significant contribution. This thesis presents the development and implementation of a web portal for a real estate company integrated with a CRM system. The process began with planning, followed by technology selection, and then implementation. The end result of these efforts is an application that allows portal users to access documents, invoices, and contracts, which simplifies the business for the real estate company and provides customers with a better overview of properties, thereby increasing their satisfaction. Testing results indicate improved efficiency and reliability of the system compared to traditional approaches.
