Oblikovanje zaščitne obleke za ples ob drogu

Diplomsko delo je osredotočeno na poškodbe in varnost pri plesu ob drogu, saj je kot šport znan po poškodbah ob izvajanju različnih plesnih gibov. V raziskovalnem delu so predstavljeni šport, športna oprema in dejavniki, ki vplivajo na varnost plesalcev. S pomočjo izkušenj in pregledane literature sem opazila neizrabljen potencial oblek kot zaščito pred kožnimi ter mišično-skeletnimi poškodbami plesalcev ob drogu. Na podlagi raziskave naprednih tehnik tiska v tekstilstvu, testiranja potiskov, opravljenih posvetov in analiziranja stičnih točk med plesalcem in drogom ter njihove intenzitete trenj sem zasnovala obleko za ples ob drogu, ki bi povečala varnost in zanesljivost plesalca ter zmanjšala poškodbe na koži.

• Title: Designing a protective suit for pole dancing

Abstract

The thesis is focused on injuries and safety in pole dance practice because it is known for injuries when performing tricks. The research presents the sport, sports equipment, and factors that affect the safety of dancers. Through experience and reviewed literature, I noticed an unused potential of clothing as a protection for skin and musculoskeletal injuries of pole dancers. Based on the research of advanced textile printing techniques, testing of prints, consultations, and analyzing the points of contact between the dancer and the pole and their intensity of friction, I designed a pole dance costume that would increase the safety and security of the dancer and reduce skin injuries.
