Zaznavanje ogroženosti pri prebivalcih na vplivnem območju plazov Urbas in Čikla pod Potoško planino

V Sloveniji smo priča številnim pobočnim masnim premikom, ki ogrožajo stanovanjske objekte, infrastrukturo in ljudi. Eno izmed takšnih nevarnosti predstavljata tudi plazova Urbas in Čikla nad Koroško Belo, ki bi lahko ob neugodnih vremenskih razmerah predstavljala potencialno izvorno območje za nastanek drobirskega toka. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, koliko se prebivalci Koroške Bele zaradi tega počutijo ogrožene in kako so pripravljeni na morebitno sprožitev plazov Urbas in Čikla pod Potoško planino. V ta namen sem izvedla anketo, na katero se je odzvalo 66 prebivalcev naselja. Ugotovila sem, da se anketiranci zaradi plazov Urbas in Čikla večinoma ne počutijo ogrožene. Slednje je moč pripisati dobri organizaciji zaščite z alarmnim sistemom in številnim drugim različnim ukrepom, kot so manjši nasipi, gradnja hiš na nasipih, ustrezna razporeditev prostorov in imetja v stavbah in podobno.

• Title: Risk perception of the population in the impact area of the Urbas and Čikla avalanches below Potoška planina

Abstract

Slovenia is witnessing a number of mass movements that threaten housing, infrastructure and people. One of these hazards is the Urbas and Čikla landslides above Koroška Bela, which could be a potential source area for debris flow in adverse weather conditions. The aim of the thesis is to determine to what extent the inhabitants of Koroška Bela feel threatened by this and how prepared they are for the possible triggering of the Urbas and Čikla avalanches below the Potoška Mountain. For this purpose, I carried out a survey to which 66 inhabitants of the settlement responded. I found that the respondents mostly do not feel threatened by the Urbas and Čikla avalanches. This can be attributed to the good organisation of the protection by the alarm system and a number of other various measures, such as small embankments, building houses on the embankments, proper arrangement of rooms and possessions in the buildings, etc.
