Abstract
Predstavili smo rezultate zasnove in razvoja biorekatorja s ustreznimi funkcionalnimi diagrami.

Title:Design and development of a bioreactor with jacketed heating and cooling
Abstract:
In the final thesis we discuss the bioreactor system, the different heating and cooling methods and selecting the most suitable configuration for our case. After an extensive review of the existing literature on bioreactor systems, their operating principles and heat transfer principles, we have identified the appropriate equipment required for their optimal operation. Our decision-making process was based on an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence heat and mass transfer efficiency, including critical aspects of mixing and strategic integration of the barriers, and we selected the jacketed solution as the most appropriate. We presented the results of the design and development of the bioreactor with corresponding functional diagrams.

Keywords:bioreactor, heat and mass transfer, fermentation, jacketed heating
