Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem računal razmerje med skotopskim in fotopskim svetlobnim tokom (S/P razmerje) in povzel rezultate nekaj raziskav v povezavi z S/P razmerjem. V drugem delu podrobno predstavim razmerje med skotopskim in fotopskim svetlobnim tokom in podam primere, v katerih nam to razmerje koristi. Nato opišem potek merjenja svetlobnih virov in izračunam razmerja v programskem okolju Excel. V zaključku diplomske naloge povzamem rezultate raziskav s področja uporabe S/P razmerja v praksi in podam svoje ugotovitve, do katerih sem prišel tekom opravljanja diplomskega dela.

Title:The ratio between scotopic and photopic luminous flux in new types of light emitting diodes and composite spectra
Abstract:
In my thesis, I calculated the ratio between scotopic and photopic luminous flux (S/P ratio) and summarized the results of some researches related to the S/P ratio. In the thesis, I first introduce light and human perception of light, and then present the difference between scotopic and photopic vision. In the following, I describe the light sources that I use in the experimental part, and give the difference between photometric and radiometric quantities. In the second part, I present in detail the ratio between scotopic and photopic luminous flux and give examples in which this ratio benefits us. Then I describe the process of measuring light sources and calculate the ratios in Excel software environment. In the conclusion of the thesis, I summarize the results of researches from the field of application of S/P ratio in practice and give my findings, which I came to during my thesis.
