Abstract

Title:Multbody system dynamic model of a washing machine tub
Abstract:
With the help of numerical simulations for the purpose of predicting response and optimizing elements based on weight adjustment and rigidity, we want to show the operation of the Asko washing machine. In the Ansys software system, simulations for two kinematic models were carried out based on a rigid body dynamics. The first model without added mass in the drum and the second with an added mass of 350 grams. For each model, we analyzed the operation simulations and mapped the movements of individual parts. In the first case, startup causes maximum shift values of individual parts, and in the second case, maximum movements appear after a few seconds from startup.
