Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je, da z izračuni in meritvami porabe moči na nalivalnem stroju skušamo optimizirati in pravilno dimenzionirati moč grelcev za segrevanje pretoka zraka in grelnih plošč v sušilnem tunelu nalivalnega stroja, ki so glavni porabniki električne energije na stroju. Drug namen je, da preizkusimo točnost in zanesljivost dveh teoretičnih modelov. Prvi model se uporablja za izračun ustreznega pretoka zraka čez nalivalni del stroja, da med sušenjem vzdržujemo dovolj nizko koncentracijo alkoholnih hlapov v mejah eksplozivne varnosti. Drugi model se uporablja za teoretičen izračun porabe električne moči pred in med nalivanjem keramične folije. Oba modela sta uporabljena v programski kodi za izračun pretoka zraka in porabljene moči. Meritve električne moči so se opravljale z merilnikom Iskra MC330.

Title:Optimization of electric heating and ventilation on machines for pouring ceramic foil
Abstract:
The purpose of the work is to try, by means of calculations and measurements of the power consumption on the casting machine, to optimise and correctly dimension the power of the heaters for heating the airflow and the heating plates in the drying tunnel of the casting machine, which are the main power consumers of the machine. Another purpose is to test the accuracy and reliability of two theoretical models written by the company in the past but not used for such purposes. The first model is used to calculate the appropriate airflow over the casting of the machine to maintain a sufficiently low concentration of alcohol vapours within the explosion safety limits during drying. The second model is used to theoretically calculate the electrical power consumption before and during the casting of the ceramic foil. Both models are used in the software code to calculate the air flow and the consumed power. The electrical power measurements were made with an Iskra MC330 meter.
