Motiv beguncev v otroških slikanicah

V diplomskem delu sem obravnavala motiv beguncev v otroških slikanicah. Bolj podrobno bom analizirala slikanico Žabec in tujec, ki jo je napisal Max Velthuijs. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena v dva dela, na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu sem predstavila definicije mladinske književnosti, prav tako pa tudi njene nastanke. Opisala sem pomen ilustracij v otroških slikanicah, tipe ilustracij po Mariji Nikolajevi in sodobno pravljico po Marjani Kobe. V empiričnem delu sem analizirala slikanico Žabec in tujec avtorja Maxa Velthuijsa, in sicer po teoriji sodobne pravljice Marjane Kobe. Zanimalo me je, na kakšen način je predstavljen literarni lik begunca ter na kakšen način otroci vidijo literarni lik begunca. Na podlagi tega sem izvedla raziskavo v vrtcu in interpretacijo dodala v preglednico.

• Title: Refugee Motif in Children's Picture Books

Abstract

In my thesis, I discuss the motif of refugees in children's picture books. I will analyze in more detail The Frog and the Stranger by Max Velthuijs. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, I presented the definitions of children's literature, as well as its origins. I described the importance of illustrations in children's picture books, the types of illustrations according to Marija Nikolajeva and the modern fairy tale according to Marjana Kobe. In the empirical part, I analyzed the picture book Frog and Stranger by Max Velthuijs, according to the theory of the modern fairy tale by Marjana Kobe. I was interested in how the literary character of the refugee is presented, as well as how children see the literary character of the refugee. Based on this, I conducted research in the kindergarten and added the interpretation to the spreadsheet.
