Abstract
V zaključni nalogi so predstavljene osnove delovanja laserjev, osnovne lastnosti laserske svetlobe in mehanizmi prenosa toplote. Diferencialno enačbo enodimenzionalnega časovno odvisnega prevoda toplote v trdnini smo preuredili v diferenčno obliko za reševanje po metodi končnih razlik z diferenčnim korakom naprej. Lasersko segrevanje jeklene plošče smo poenostavili na enodimenzionalen problem, pri čemer smo upoštevali prevod toplote, konvekcijo in sevanje. Na rezultatih simulacij 10-sekundnih segrevanj smo opazovali vpliv ohlajanja, laserske intenzitete in debeline plošče na časovni potek temperature pri segrevanju.

Title:Theoretical examination of laser heating
Abstract:
This work presents laser functioning fundamentals, basic characteristics of laser light and heat transfer mechanisms. We transformed the differential equation of one dimensional transient heat conduction within a solid medium in purpose of solving it with finite difference method. Simulating the heating of a steel plate, we considered heat conduction, convection and radiation. On the results of the 10-second heating simulations we observed the influence of cooling, laser intensity and plate thickness on the heating.
