Abstract
Zaključna naloga zajema izdelavo sistema za zalivanje visoke grede. V delu je vključena raziskava področja rastlin in zalivanja. Opisani so biološki in kemijski procesi, pomembni za gojenje rastlin v visokih gredah, podrobno so preučene zahteve za pripadajoče zalivalne sisteme, načini zalivanja in proces konstruiranja sistema za avtonomno zalivanje. Opisane so vse komponente, ki sistem sestavljajo. Opisan je razvoj koncepta avtonomnega mehantronskega zalivalnega sistema, prototip ter demonstracija in ovrednotenje uspešnosti njegovega delovanja. Sprva se delo osredotoči na raziskavo zalivanja, nato na obstoječe načine zalivanja. Sistematično so predstavljene komponente sistema. Nato je predstavljen program in njegovo delovanje. Na koncu so dodana področja in predlogi za nadaljnje delo.

Title:A mechatronic irrigation system for raised bed gardening
Abstract:
Project encompasses the development of an irrigation system for a raised garden bed. The work includes research on the field of plants and irrigation. Biological and chemical processes crucial for growing plants in raised garden beds are described in detail. The requirements for the corresponding irrigation systems, watering methods, and the process of constructing an autonomous irrigation system are thoroughly examined. All components comprising the system are described. The development of a concept for an autonomous mechatronic irrigation system, a prototype, and the demonstration and evaluation of its performance are also described. The work initially focuses on research on irrigation and existing watering methods. System components are systematically presented. The program and its operation are then explained. Finally, areas for further work are added.
