Abstract
Uporabljena kombinacija NUCLEO H723ZG mikrokrmilnika in WE310F5 wifi modula je omogočila vzpostavitev hitre in zanesljive povezave s CAN BUS omrežjem v letalu. Smoter naloge je bil zagotoviti zanesljiv, učinkovit in hitro odziven sistem za zajem in prenos ključnih letalskih podatkov na MQTT posrednik (ang. broker). Omenjeni pristop je izrazito povečal možnost nadzora ter analiziranja informacij takoj, ko so bile zabeležene, kar je občutno vplivalo na zagotavljanje varnejših in bolj učinkovitih letalskih procesov. Sistem je vsebuje šifriranje informacij in potrditev identitete uporabnikov, kar omogoča varnost podatkov.

Title:Connection of the airplane into the internet of things
Abstract:
The thesis presents a project for wireless data transmission from the CAN BUS system of Pipistrel aircraft. The combination of the NUCLEO H723ZG microcontroller and WE310F5 WiFi module allowed the establishment of a fast and reliable connection with the CAN BUS network on the aircraft. The purpose of the thesis was to provide a reliable, efficient, and responsive system for the capture and transmission of key aviation data to an MQTT broker. This approach has significantly increased the ability to control and analyze information as soon as it was recorded, substantially influencing the provision of safer and more efficient aviation processes. The system includes information encryption and user authentication to ensure data security. The inclusion of a function to store data locally in case of loss of connectivity has further strengthened the reliability of the overall structure. With the help of a modular design and commitment to open standards, the system's ability to adapt to various specifications and requirements was ensured. The result is a control system that responds effectively to the modern needs of the aviation industry and is in line with the leading industry trends towards Internet technologies. With some modifications and upgrades, this system will be installed in Pipistrel Vertical Solutions' aircraft, where it will have the task of sending the data acquired by the aircraft in flight to the MQTT broker via a wireless connection. The main purpose of the project was to facilitate access to flight data, as the previous method was based on a wired USB connection.
