Abstract
Diplomsko delo se začne s pregledom in teoretičnimi osnovami sistemov PLK in HMI, v katerem so pojasnjena temeljna načela in vloga teh naprav v industrijski avtomatizaciji. Ti sklopi vključujejo spremljanje parametrov v realnem času, nadzor procesov čiščenja, izbiro načinov delovanja in upravljanje alarmov.

Title:Visualization of the SCADA system for pharmaceutical washer
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the integration of programmable logic controller (PLC) and human machine interface (HMI) in the context of pharmaceutical washers. The aim of this work is to investigate software techniques to create effective visualisations on HMI to improve the operation and control of these machines. The thesis starts with an overview and theoretical background of PLC and HMI systems, in which we explain the basic principles and role in industrial automation. It emphasises the importance of smooth communication and coordination between PLC and HMI. It goes on to describe in detail how to program HMI interfaces. Emphasises the importance of understanding user requirements. We discussed the appropriate programming platform and language, as well as layout design, the design of graphical elements and the implementation of screen navigation. In addition, the thesis explores the different sets of functionalities that can be implemented on the HMI display to optimise the performance of the washers. These include real-time monitoring of parameters, control of cleaning processes, selection of operating modes and alarm management.

Keywords:PLC, HMI, pharmaceutical washer display, HMI programming, washing procedures.
