Abstract
V magistrski nalogi so predstavljene osnovne tehnike odrezavanja ozobljenj in opisane značilnosti, zahteve in potrebe industrije z vidika boljšega obvladovanja opazovalnega procesa in izdelkov. V eksperimentalnem delu je predstavljen načrt dela in merilni verigi za dva različna merilna pretvornika. Na podlagi meritev iz redne proizvodnje in meritev testnih obročev je bila izvedena FFT analiza in analiza redov frekvenc za posamezna merilna pretvornika. S pomočjo teh rezultatov smo določili kateri merilni pretvornik je najbolj primeren za nadaljnjo uporabo v redni proizvodnji.

Title:Analysis of vibrations during internal gear machining as an indicator of workpiece quality
Abstract:
The master's thesis presents basic gear cutting techniques and describes the characteristics, requirements, and industry needs concerning improved control of the process and product's observation. The experimental part introduces the work plan and measurement system chain for two different measurement transducers. Based on the measurements from regular production and test ring measurements, FFT analysis and order analysis were performed for each measurement transducer. Using these results, we determined which measurement transducer is the most suitable for further use in regular production.
