Abstract
Diplomsko delo Metamoderni služabnik v kostumografiji in sodobni modi raziskuje oblikovanje sodobne kostumografije za opero Agripino, ki je bila konceptualno postavljena v kontekst prihodnosti. Delo se dotakne družbene hierarhije, sodobnega oblikovanja ter metamodernizma, pri čemer se osredotoča na lik služabnika na dvoru, Lezbija, ki se interpretira v treh kostumih. V teoretičnem delu sem raziskoval pomen kostuma na odru in njegov razvoj. Raziskovanje sem razširil na pregled nekatere sodobne kostumografije in metamodernega pogleda na umetnost in oblikovanje. V praktičnem delu sem predstavil lik, za katerega so kostumi nastajali. Vključil sem kreativni proces in razvoj kostuma, ki sovpada z umestitvijo opere Agripine v časovni in konceptualni okvir režiserja. Kostumi zanihajo v polje sodobne mode skozi stil in oblačenje posameznika, ki je aktiven v trenutnem času in prostoru. V praktičnem delu to predstavim skozi kratek esej, ki zaključno nalogo bolj konkretno postavi v polje metamodernizma, ki odpira nove možnosti za kreativni razvoj.

Title:Metamodern servant in costume design and contemporary fashion
Abstract:
Thesis Metamodern servant in costume design and contemporary fashion research design of contemporary costume design for opera Agrippina which has been conceptually positioned in context of future. Work investigates social hierarchy, contemporary design and metamodernism and focuses on servant character Lezbij on Baroque courtyard which is interpreted in three separate costumes. In theoretical part research includes meaning of costume on the stage and its evolvement. Thesis expands on selected work of contemporary costume design and metamodern insight on art, deisgn and fashion. Practical part presents character itself for which the costumes were made. It includes creative process of building the costumes which falls in placement with opera Agrippina in its conceptual and time frame. In practical part of thesis costumes are also presented through short personal essay that positiones them in sphere of metamodernism and opens new posbilities for creative practice.
