Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo naredili analizo zastojev na montažni liniji, ki izdeluje inštalacijske odklopnike. Predstavljena je sestava inštalacijskega odklopnika ter opisan proizvodni proces na avtomatizirani montažni liniji. V nadaljevanju je narejena analiza zastojev na končni montaži za katero so podatki zbrani s pomočjo krmilnikov ter s strani operaterjev. Na podlagi analize podatkov smo določili kritične enote in se posvetili iskanju vzrokov za zastoje s pomočjo FMEA metode. Na koncu so podane predlagane rešitve za izboljšanje procesa montaže. Predlagane rešitve so bile preverjene tudi v praksi in s tem uspešno narejene izboljšave montaže.

Title:Improving the automated fuse assembly process using the FMEA method
Abstract:
In the diploma thesis, we conducted an alaysis of disruptions on the assembly line that manufactures installation switches. The composition of the installation switch is presented, and the production process on the automated assembly line in described. Furthermore, an analysis of disruptions in the final assembly is performed, for which data is collected through controllers and from operators. Based on the data analysis, critical units were indetified, and efforts were focused on identifiying the causes of disruptions using the FMEA method. In conclusion, proposed solutions for improving the assembly process are provided. These proposed solutions were also tested in practice, resulting in succesful assembly improvements.
