Primerjava 3 in 5 osne obdelave

V zaključni nalogi smo opravili pregled osnov odrezavanja, frezanja, CNC frezalnih strojev, CAM programiranja in simulacij v programu Eureka. V raziskovalnem delu smo se posvetili primerjavi 3 in 5 osne obdelave s pomočjo CAM programiranja. Ugotavljali smo, katera strategija je bolj primerna za dano geometrijo na osnovi obdelovalnega časa, težavnosti programiranja in obdelanosti površin. Na koncu smo predstavili rezultate ter zapisali prednosti in slabosti 5-osne obdelave v odnosu do 3-osne.

• Title: Comparison of 3- and 5-axis machining

Abstract

In the bachelor’s thesis, we reviewed the basics of cutting, milling, CNC milling machines, CAM programming and simulations in the Eureka program. In the research work, we devoted ourselves to the comparison of 3- and 5-axis processing utilizing CAM programming. We determined which strategy is more suitable for given geometry based on processing time, programming difficulty, and surface quality. At the end, we presented the results and wrote down the advantages and disadvantages of 5-axis versus 3-axis processing.
