Razvoj naprave za navijanje žične vrvi

V magistrskem delu so prikazani proces razvoja, izdelava in delovanje naprave za navijanje žične vrvi. Opisani so osnovna delitev gozdarskih vitlov in princip njihovega delovanja, postopek razvoja izdelka po VDI 2221, ki je bil uporabljen kot smernica pri razvoju naprave ter trije koncepti in izbor najustreznejšega. Za izbrani koncept so opisane detajlne rešitve posameznih sklopov. Na koncu je prikazan postopek procesa montaže naprave. Opisane so tudi uporabljene komponente in kako izgleda končni produkt v praksi. Na koncu so prikazane še naknadne nadgradnje naprave.

• Title: Development of a wire rope winding machine

Abstract

The master thesis presents the development process, the manufacturing and the operation of a wire rope winding device. It describes the basic division of forestry winches and their principle of operation, the product development process according to VDI 2221 which was used as a guideline for the development of the device, three concepts and the selection of the most suitable one. For the selected concept, the detailed solutions of the individual components are described. Finally, the process of the assembly of the device is illustrated. The components used and how the final product looks in practice are also described. Finally, the subsequent upgrades of the device are shown.
